  • BaxMAX Support use of personal information that you may submit to BaxMAX Support through this Web site is governed by the BaxMAX Support Privacy Policy.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, BaxMAX Support ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, BaxMAX Support ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. BaxMAX Support is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax
  • BaxMAX Support charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties
  • The BaxMAX is made of highest grade of nylon and velcro materials and is designed to last for years of trouble-free use. The distributors of the BaxMAX warrant it to be free from defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase based on normal usage and wear and tear. This warranty is void for any of the following conditions upon inspection of the BaxMAX:

    - Cuts made to repelling cord or nylon
    - Melting of any materials on the product
    - Physical damage to velcro caused by neglect such as oil, gas, or other solvents
    - Any uses other than whats intended

    To file a warranty claim, submit a copy of your original proof of purchase along with an explanation (and photo if possible) of the damage to: support@baxmax.net.

    We will review your submission and provide you with further instructions. A replacement product will be issued for all approved warranty claims. Return postage will be paid by the company.



  • Return Policy
  • Your order may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping costs. All items returned must have a Return Authorization number. Please contact us by email: support@baxmax.net to obtain a Return Authorization number. Any items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging will be charged an additional $5.00 per item.
